Departments Mission: The Mission of the Department of World Languages is to prepare students for citizenship in a multi-cultural, multi-lingual global community.

Goals:

• take a personal and involved role in encouraging student success in the program;
• maintain an active engagement with the respective disciplines and developments in the field of second language acquisition
• promote study abroad and foreign exchange opportunities;
• support an up-to-date Language Resource classrooms
