FINE ARTS

Mission:  The Combined Fine Arts Programs of Westlake High School will endeavor to support and expand the application of advanced cognitive skills within its applied curriculum.  Using the Science and Math EOCT and GHSGT guidelines, we will combine the applied skills performance of our program and link them to the elements of the curriculum to reinforce the applications of each to daily learning processes. Furthermore we seek to excite, engage, and educate students about career and educational opportunities fostering the arts. In doing this, students will be exposed to competition and scholarship opportunities that will enhance students as they matriculate through Westlake High School .
